sketch London launches with Glu + Lightspeed delivering an integrated gift card solution.

Challenge

sketch doesn't do anything by halves. Every space, from the gallery-lined dining room to the artist-designed interiors, is considered down to the last detail. Gifting had to meet that same bar.

Guests can buy either format on sketch's website, and staff can look up and redeem a card in seconds from any room in the building, whether that's the Gallery, the Parlour, or elsewhere within sketch. No manual entry, no reconciliation headaches, no disconnect between the digital purchase and the in-restaurant redemption, just a single, connected system.
